Named after Ito Kish’s maternal grandmother, the Basilisa collection combines geometric forms with the intricate lattice patterns of woven rattan known as solihiya. This melding of strong shapes and delicate details results to a distinct visual tension that’s striking yet easy on the eyes. Each Basilisa piece features five kinds of solihiya weaves that, when hit by sunlight, creates coins of beautiful repeating patterns. Made of kiln-dried mahogany and rattan. 

If not in-stock, ITO KISH Design collections are made-to-order with 45 to 60 working days with production lead time depending on the season. Packaging is basic to protect surfaces and corners. Cost for box, crating, and delivery will be an additional cost if required.
