A Play on Light

Used in many Filipino home furniture for its durability and ease of air flow, five unique patterns of the traditional solihiya weave are configured in modern shapes in the Basilisa— a collection named after Ito Kish’s maternal grandmother. The melding of strong shapes and delicate details results to a distinct visual tension that’s striking yet easy on the eyes. Made of kiln-dried mahogany and rattan. 

If not in-stock, ITO KISH Design collections are made-to-order with 45 to 60 working days with production lead time depending on the season. Packaging is basic to protect surfaces and corners. Cost for box, crating, and delivery will be an additional cost if required.
